You don’t have to show respect for a club you don’t belong to. There are basic human rules. You don’t hurt other people, you don’t steal. But respect for ideas you don’t agree with is not a human ideal that I believe in. I believe that you have a right legally to say whatever you want, but you do not have a right to not be offended. I am offended every fucking day. I drive to work and there are big billboards that talk about the wonder of god. That offends me. Tough shit, Penn! It’s freedom of speech!
